2. Response to DMCA Notices

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your material has been removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. To file a counter-notification, please provide us with the following information:

- Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and its location before removal or disabling.

- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

- Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address.

- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located or, if your address is outside of the United States, to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for [insert jurisdiction], and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the DMCA notice or their agent.
